The Foundation J.D. Power and Associates
indicated to access the average customer
satisfaction for smartphones
to 796 points, an increase of 22 points from last year, has won all companies
other smart phones on the points below average, where
Nokia Got the second place with 795 points, and Samsung
in third place with 793 points , while
BlackBerry came last place with only 732 points.
