Apple's the best in customer satisfaction for the ninth consecutive year

Appleclaimed for the ninth consecutive year yhe ‘’ J.D. Power and Associates ‘’ award for the highest rate of customer satisfaction in the field of smart phones in 2013, Apple has got 855 points and achieved the highest standards in the quality of design and ease-of-use devices.

The Foundation  J.D. Power and Associates indicated to access the average customer satisfaction for smartphones to 796 points, an increase of 22 points from last year, has won all companies other smart phones on the points below average, where Nokia Got the second place with 795 points, and Samsung in third place with 793 points , while BlackBerry came last place with only 732 points.
